September 24, 2011 from 1pm to 4pm

Waterman Pool Update

DPA Members & Residents:   Here's a brief status report.June 20th DPA closed on the acquisition of the Waterman Pool for approx $35KThe Waterman Pool is approx 25-30 years old.July 28th DPA Board met with Rodemyer Christel, Inc. to discuss contractor bids to repair & open the pool.DPA Board was favoring a quick opening which would have taken 2-4 weeks for contractors to complete (including painting the pool with an epoxy that would take 1 week to dry (cure).  Thus, an August 1st opening…See More

Mark, Thanks for your response, any new updates? How will it be communicated once the pool has been open and passes are being sold? I have a follow up question they may apply to this year but definitely going forward. Might we reconsider the normal open Memorial Day, close Labor Day, the weather is defiantly appropriate for the pool to open sooner and continue on much later? Just a thought.See More

The Pool

I would also like to know about the pool.  And, I hope that if your unit pays dues to the DeBaliviere Association,  free or reduced price passes might be considered.

Hi, I wanted to inquire about the pool?  I went to Park Station to buy a pass and they said it was sold?  I walked by the other day and it does not look like it is close to being open?  Please let me know if you have any information?  Thanks
